BLOG MOVED

I moved my blog - click here NEW BLOG Thank you for visiting!! :) Krista

wedded bliss

Friday night I had the honor of photographing an old friend's wedding. Everything was perfect and beautiful - gorgeous bride, amazing location and the rain stayed away long enough for the ceremony and pictures.

In all the years I've known my friend, I've never seen him as content and happy as he is now. I couldn't be happier for you T and N!!!!

If you look carefully, you can see the ducks swimming across the lake behind them. While they were standing there, about 40 ducks swam across. Gave the bride and groom their very own duck parade!

There are a lot of things I can control and I'm sure the expression on his face is my fault, I think I told him to look down at her and he heard "look down her shirt." LOL They're married so its ok, right!?!? Regardless, she looks AMAZING!!
And this one cracked me up. They both have sons and they chaperoned the photo shoot. Every time the bride and groomed kissed, they would say "HONK!" So dad is cracking up at the honking sons. :)

Congratulations!! And many, many happy years together! xoxo K

thank you

Two little words that mean so much.  I am so thankful for the wonderful clients that I have.  No matter how they say it, it totally makes my day!  Believe it or not, this is a picture of a cookie! One of my wonderful senior clients made this herself for me.  So cool.  Too cool. I'm not wanting to eat it!  Thank you to B for the cookie.

And thank you to Tracy and Sheila, you both made me feel pretty special this week. ;)

I became the luckiest woman in the world. :) Although we've only been married for 9 years, we've known each other for 24 (yep, since I was 3!! LOL!) It's amazing to be married to man that has known me and been a part of my life for far more than half of it. Happy Anniversary baby! I can't wait to celebrate our 50th, on the beach in Maui, wrinkled and leathery (and I'm sure you'll be wearing a banana hammock, right?!). xoxo

hitched in Vegas baby!

Ok, since a few people have asked and the live video stream wasn't working, here are a few pictures from my sister's wedding in Las Vegas this past weekend.  It was a quick trip but we had a great time.  Here is my stud of a husband as Elvis and my mom.

The happy couple. :)  It was 108 degrees!!!  After the ceremony, we talked the groom into this new version of his suit.  Aren't they cute!?!?!
This is my sister and her wedding "dress."  It was all custom made for her and she looked absolutely stunning!  I still can't believe my little sister is married! :)

Elvis represented in his many stages of life.  My brother, my husband and my father.  This was a surprise for my sister and she loved it.  There was something priceless about Elvis (aka Dad) walking my sister down the aisle.
I just LOVE the look on his face.  They were exchanging their vows.  We are so happy to have P as an addition to our family!
Congratulations A&P - may you live happily ever after, all my love, xoxo K
